Shipping and Delivery Policy
1. Shipping Scope & Fees
Service Area: Contiguous United States (Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories).
Shipping Fee: FREE standard shipping on all orders.
2. Processing & Transit Times
Order Processing: 1 business day (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays).
Delivery Timeline: Standard Shipping, 3-8 business days, $0.00.
Delays may occur due to carrier logistics, weather, and Peak seasons (e.g., Thanksgiving to Christmas), etc.
3. Order Tracking
Tracking details will be provided once the orders have shipped. Tracking details are available for all products. Please allow at least 72 hours after we supply the tracking details for them to register on the system.
Please note that tracking information can take some time to update in the carrier’s system during the shipping process.
4. MultiItem Orders
When you order multiple items at once, they may be shipped separately to arrive faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once. It only means they are on the way.
5. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Cancellations: Permitted only if requested before shipment via support@unclebrownusa.com.
Order Changes: Additions/modifications are unavailable for purchase. Place a new order for extra items.
6. Delivery Issues
“Delivered” but Not Received:
⑴ Check with neighbors or building management.
⑵ Contact the local USPS/UPS/FedEx office with the tracking number.
⑶ Report to the carrier within 7 days for investigation.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
Uncle Brown is not liable for packages marked “delivered” by carriers or lost/stolen postdelivery. Claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
7. Limitations of Liability
Uncle Brown is NOT responsible for:
⑴ Delays due to carrier failures, weather, or events beyond our control.
⑵ Incorrect addresses provided by customers (verify at checkout).
⑶ Packages lost/stolen after carrier confirmation of delivery.
